Shipping for Returns
IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund shipping charges. Please be aware that international return shipping costs to our US facilities can be higher than the actual product cost.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our dog loves the toys. And they’re cute for me to look at.
This pack is full of beautiful, engaging, and quality toys for our little pup. The one thing I didn’t love was the plastic tags that attached the toys to the cardboard packaging. They were packaged in such a way that half of the plastic tag is INSIDE the toy. It makes me a little weary given that dogs bite and chew on these things (and could inadvertently swallow the tags). They are, however, small and I have been keep an eye on them. If that could be remedied then this would deserve five stars!
